Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before booking your appointment.

Deposits

A £50 deposit is required to secure all standard bookings. This is deducted from your final treatment cost.

Skin test and consultation appointments are completely free.

Patch Test Validity

A patch test is required before all first treatments and must be carried out at least 24 hours before your appointment.

PMU treatments (Microblading, Powder Brows, Combination Brows) — patch test valid for 6 months from the date of the test.
Eyebrow Wax & Tint — patch test valid for 12 months from the date of the test.

A new patch test will be required in any of the following circumstances, regardless of when the last test was carried out:

  • Your patch test validity period has expired
  • There has been a change in your medical history since your last test
  • The products or pigments used in your treatment have changed or a new manufacturer is being used
  • You have experienced any allergic reaction to a previous patch test or treatment

Treatment cannot go ahead if a valid patch test has not been completed. If your patch test shows any adverse reaction, treatment will not proceed and you will be advised to seek medical advice.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and plans can change — but please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Top-Up / Second Session Policy

A 6-week top-up appointment is available for £50 and must be booked separately after your first session. This appointment must be carried out by me, and is only available if I completed your first session.

Your top-up should be booked between 6–12 weeks after your first session.

Please note: the first 10 clients portfolio offer at £100 includes the 6-week top-up at no extra charge. This applies to the portfolio price only.

Treatment Eligibility

Microblading, powder brows and combination brows are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If this applies to you, please get in touch before booking so we can talk through your options.

Combination Brows is not suitable if you have existing permanent makeup, unless it is significantly faded and barely visible. If you're unsure, please check with me first.
